Retro

Hello and happy Hump Day! Today I'm sharing the card that Bean gave her Daddy for his 40th Birthday:

I saw this adorable little guy at Pollycraft and just HAD to have him. I loved the fact that he's listening to a tape! Even today, I call my MP3 player my Walkman!

I titled the tape: Best of the 70's. This also meets this weeks Pollycraft Challenge: Anything Goes!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.

Happy birthday to dh, tell Bean her card is PERFECT. I love the rickrack... very nicely done. I wish I lived close to you so I could get you to teach me how to color with the copics..
(did you get the message I left with all the info on the word art?)

LOL! "Walkman".....now there's a word I haven't heard in a long time! I am with you, though.....anything attached to a headset will probably always be a "walkman" in my mind! I know....totally 'dating' myself!

Ooo great minds think alike, I made a similar card for my friends 40th birthday too! And I call my iPod 'My Walkman' too, lol!!

Adorable and love the image and paper. What? They still make Walkman's? You are too young to know what those are!
