Hello and happy Friday! Wow, I'm so happy the weekend is just about here. We have no special plans, but just knowing we can go out shopping, or stay in our pj's all day is such a treat.
Today, I would like to share a card for my SIL:
I used the seahorse from Cricut cart Doodle Charms, and the sentiment is from Stampin Up's Teeny Tiny Wishes. A simple layout, but I like the overall look of this one. She should be receiving it soon, and hopefully she likes it.
Just a short post today. I thank you for taking a peek.
This meets the following challenges: Die Cuttin Divas: Birthday Wishes, Ike's World: AG or All At Sea (plus they are offering a digi freebie), Unicorn Challenge: At the Beach, Always Happy Birthday: AG or Water Theme, and Cardz 4 Galz: Dies and/or Punches.

Turtle Balloon Delivery Birthday Card
Hello and happy Thursday! School has started for middle and high schools this week and we are still adjusting to the new schedules. Next week elementary school starts, so we will be back in our routine all around.
I don't mind the hustle and bustle, especially when I look out and I can just feel fall is on its way. I LOVE fall holidays best, and there are always so many activities and crafts to do.
But for today, I'm here with a birthday card. Not long ago, I decided to make a purchase from Paper Wishes. It's sort of like a card kit, called Summertime Gumdrops, with papers, die cuts, and something called Dazzles.
I watched several videos on how to the use the Dazzles and finally put something together. Everything is from the kit. There are so many options, and I admit I was a bit overwhelmed, but I figured, it's just paper so use it up!
The black portion is the Dazzle that I put on white cardstock, colored with Copics, and fussy cut. The Dazzles are shiny and I admit, I'm hooked already. So many came with the kit, so I'll be using more of them for sure. I didn't bother to add a sentiment since you can pretty much tell it's a birthday card.
So that's it for me. Just sharing a new kit. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day.
This meets the following challenges: Crafty Sentiments: Animals, Digi Choosday: Anything Goes, Through the Craft Room Door: Anything Goes, 2 Crafty Critters: Anything with a Critter, and Love to Craft: Anything Goes.

Sweet Lily with Ching-Chou Kuik
Hello and Happy Hump Day! Today I'm sharing a card for the August Corrosive Challenge : Anything Goes! Always a favorite, plus you have all month to submit your creation.
I'm featuring The beautiful Lily Digi Stamp from Art of Ching-Chou Kuik on Etsy. I used some older papers, the sentiment is from a Stampin Up Paper Pumpkin kit, and I found the die on Amazon for $5 bucks (I believe there were a total of 7 dies in the set - quite the deal!). I will admit, all that hair had my hand pretty tired, but this is for a very special upcoming birthday, so it was worth the time.
So join in this month if you get a chance!

Silhouette Cat All Occasion Card
Hello and hope you had a wonderful weekend. Ours was busy, but in a good way, with lots of visits with family, and of course crafting. My oldest likes to decorate her school supplies, and her skills are improving! I really am a proud mama.
Well, today is Tuesday and that means a new release at Bugaboo Stamps:
This silhouette cat originally comes in black, but it's actually quite easy to change the color - and I wanted mine to match the pretty green in the papers.
I want to show a side view in hopes that you can actually see there are several layers - that is of course difficult to see with black on black. The sentiment is from a Stampin' Up Paper Pumpkin kit. I'm really into sequins but I've been enjoying these little gems lately - I just don't like the way they go through the mail.
That's my share for today. I hope you have a wonderful week.

Stand Tall Pineapple Card
Hello! So close to the weekend, not that I have any plans, but I just really feel I need a break. With school starting so soon, I feel overwhelmed....but I don't know with what! We have most of the supply shopping done, and all the clothes purchased, but I feel like I should be doing something.
I guess this is anxiety.
But today I'm sharing a card I made with a new Sizzix die I recently purchased with some birthday money from my dad.
This is for my little cousin who is currently going through a lot at the moment. I know the outside seems a little plain but just wait - plus, I loved that it came with the perfect sentiment too.
The card opens so cute. I did have trouble with those "marks" or "indentations" or whatever, left when the die goes through the Cuttlebug - know what I mean? Not sure if there is a secret to avoid those, but they are more noticeable on the inside. So I wrote my message on the white areas to cover up all the wrinkles/marks/indentations.
So that's it for me. I'm off to worry about stuff that doesn't currently exist.
This meets the following challenges: Classic Design Team August Challenge: Anything Goes (must be on a DT), Crafts Galore Encore: Anything Goes, Crafty Gals Corner: Tropical Colors, and Mod Squad Challenge: Shaped Cards.

You Bring the Sunshine with Papercraft Business
Hello and welcome to August! Wow, there goes summer and in comes school for my little people. We are always so excited with back to school shopping and really, just getting back to routine makes us all happier.
Anyway, for today, I'm sharing a card for the latest Papercraft Business August Challenge: Summer!
Just so happens I ordered a kit from Simon Says Stamp for the very first time, and inside was the perfect stamp and sentiment. I used the papers, stamps, and sequins. I also tried my best at the whole watercolor craze that's been out for a while - I'm pretty late to the game, but I actually really enjoyed it.
The sunglasses are an additional stamp that I glazed for fun. So don't forget the Papercraft Business Challenge runs all month long!
This meets the following challenges: Digi Choosday: Anything Goes, Through The Craft Room Door: Anything Goes, Crafting From the Heart: Anything Goes, and Simon Says: Make Your Own Background (water colored).
