Birthday Balloon with Bugaboo

Hello and happy Thursday.  Today at Catch the Bug is Oldie But Goodie day, where we show off older yet much loved stamps.
I went with a super CAS with this center step card using a dollar digi from Bugaboo Stamps: Balloons.

    I don't remember this...that's the beauty of OBG day. Yours is quite the eye popper with the color and CAS style all wrapped up in one. Do you fussy cut everything?
