Congrats Nurse

This is a really quick share. I made this for my little cousin who was pinned over the weekend. That means she takes a test and is a registered nurse. She's still going to continue with her education and I'm just so proud of her!

Why this image? Because my cousin is super sexy and this is just SO HER!
