MASCULINE CARD & NO FLOWERS
Because really, how many guys really like flowers on their cards?
Of course, other sentiments could be "Great Catch", "Happy Birthday", "There's Plenty of Fish in the Sea" oh I could go on and on....especially with some a little more "adult" like.So I printed my image, pulled out my Ranger inks (4 colors total), and started blending all over the image. I saved my brighter colors for the fish. Then I fussy cut around the frame and added black CS (also fussy cut) to make a layer. I'm using yet another great sketch from Eat Sleep Stamp.

ReplyDeleteGreat work Lola! I love your masculine card! ;)
ReplyDeletePERFECT!!~
ReplyDeleteHi Lola! I love your card. I couldn't find your e-mail, so thought I would pop in here to answer your question about my notepads.
ReplyDeleteI take 5 x 8" jr. legal pads and have them cut into half at my computer store (they can cut several at a time)
Then I just create covers for them.
Lola - Love your card, I think I have that image too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and leaving a comment, I knew that if anybody would get my meaning, it would be you, LOL!
Why don't you enter this at my sister's challenge, the link is in my post! It's a choice of Father's Day or Weddings.

Your masculine card is magnificient! I always struggle with these. (YES I DO!)
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for a masculine card!! Why are they always so difficult to execute? You made it look easy peasy with your amazing card. Love your work Lola!!! Thank you for playing along with this weeks sketch.
