My pulmonologist recently told me to start walking - says I can't make my lungs stronger (they're not a muscle) but I can build up a tolerance (walk longer and harder without dying!). But I feel more like this lady!

ReplyDeleteYou always do such a great job was jazzing up a CAS card...and choosing great colors to make it pop. I've been terrible about exercising and yet I was really into water aerobics. Once I break a routine of anything, it's very hard for me to get back....be in exercise or cleaning the house...haha

I'm in the fitness protection program too, lol But I will need to come out of hiding soon! lol ;-) Your pulmonologist is right, but you would get better results with short bursts of fast walking ( 30-45 seconds) mixed in between your regular walk.. Helps keep your lungs strong! :-)
