Splish Splash ATC with Bugaboo Freebie

Hello all and Happy Monday!  It's finals week and I've been running around like a mad woman!  Today I'd like to share an ATC to share Bugaboo's FREEBIE FRIDAY image:
Plus, this week at Catch the Bug, the challenge is ANYTHING GOES!
Also, he fits perfectly for this weeks Wicked Wednesday challenge: Sun & Surf.  Oh, and the close up is to show how the top ric-rak is on pop dots - it really does make a cute effect in real life.  OK, off to study!  Thanks for stopping by.

    Love Love Love......how COOL and CLEVER....the ric rack used as waves. Don't have any of that color and I dare not go buy...haha I do have a new wave die but the ric rac is softer and sweeter and babier.
