Hello and happy Monday. Today I'm sharing a card for the latest Anything Goes Catch the Bug challenge. The challenge is now every other Saturday which gives you two weeks to enter!
My card features Flower Watering Can from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Copics, and the sentiment is from a Stampin' Up's Paper Pumpkin kit. Simple design, considering the type of card. I do struggle with sympathy cards and usually purchase something instead, but I'm giving it a go.
I've added a bit of sewing as well as touches of glaze. Simple layout. Monochromatic.

This card caught my eye. I think it works beautifully for a sympathy card. It's calming and hopeful. I love the monochromatic palette, and your coloring is gorgeous.

Love the monochromic blue. I sometimes find it hard. I am the same way about sympathy cards...I usually go and buy one. I tried to make some generic and stamp later. Instead of "with sympathy", I will say "thoughts of you" or thinking of you. Either way, it's tough. Stampin' Up seems to be timeless. I DO like the flower vase and flower image. Bugaboo is timeless too.
