Wild Animals Birthday Cards

Hello and happy fall!!  I would have to say my favorite season is fall.  There is just a feel to the air that draws me in.  Anyway, today I'm sharing a set of cards:

All the cards feature Stampin' Up's Biggest Wish for the sentiments.  I really like this set.
My critters are from a stamp set that came in the Creative Stamping Magazine Issue 78 from Paperwishes.

These were fun for me since I don't usually use these types of animals on cards.  More realistic.

I don't remember where the papers are from, but I think they are sort of retro looking.  Super simple layouts but I think they came out ok.

Thank you for taking a look and have a wonderful weekend!

My cards meet the following challenges:  Addicted to Stamps: Birthday, Digi Choosday: Anything Goes, Passion for Markers: Use a Rubber or Clear Stamp (I used both), Through the Craft Room Door: Anything Goes, and Jan's Digi Stamps: Anything Goes.

  5. Your cards are so much fun Lola. Great images and fab colouring and I love your larger sentiments and colourful papers. I assume you've coloured your images with markers but there is no mention in your post (we would appreciate you stating it in your post for next time please). Thanks for sharing with us at Passion for Markers and good luck in the prize draw. Hugs, Denise x

  7. Love love love them all. Nothing says Happy Happy as an animal on a card. Don't know why. And yes, I too love those retro papers.
