Girl Side Peeker Valentine Card.

Hello and happy Friday....and happy end of February.  I know that Valentine's day has passed, but I do have one final card to share:

I'm featuring Bugaboo Stamps Girl Side Peeker.  I thought this would be a fun stamp to use and it's pretty versatile.  It doesn't come with a sentiment, so I made one on the computer.

I added glaze to her headband, and hopefully you can see how I pieced the image with patterned paper - I cut around her finger and simply slipped the patterned paper to meet the line on the image.  The sentiment is popped up and that's about it.  This was sent to my brother, so I didn't want to get too fru-fru and wanted it mail friendly.

Kiss a Frog Valentine card

Hello and happy Valentine's Day.  I'm sharing one last Valentine's card - well, for the moment since I'm still finishing up two others, but I think even late they will still be well received.

I guess these are usually called Gal-entine cards.  This is for one of my besties who has kissed her fair share of frogs, and those darn things never turn into prince charming!  I figure we will end up together in a little house when we are old and just be happy - remember the ending of The Color Purple??

Anyway, my image is from From the Heart Stamps by artist Faith who is no longer with us.  I added a bit of sparkly gel pen to the crown and of course a touch of glaze.  The sentiment is computer generated.

Balloons and Ice Cream card

Hello and happy hump day.  We've been getting quite a bit of snow and enjoying every moment of it.  But it melts just as fast as it falls.  I still admire its beauty though.

For today, I would like to share a card for the current Corrosive Challenge: Anything Goes.

I'm featuring StarStampz Balloons and Ice Cream on my Valentine's Day card.

I added glaze to one balloon, her eyes, and the icecream. The sentiment is heat embossed and is from a Stampin Up Paper Pumpkin kit.  Super simple layout.  Another Valentine down!!
