Naughty Snowflake with Bugaboo Stamps

Hello and Happy Saturday!  This week at Catch the Bug, the challenge is:

Recipe 1, 2, 3: 1 Ribbon, 2 Layers, 3 Papers

I'm featuring JJ Christmas Snowflake for my Christmas card:

I know, bright colors, but I enjoy non-traditional colors for Christmas.  The sentiment is from Stampin' Up's Short & Sweet.

Critter Friends with Doodle Pantry

Hello all and Happy Friday!  Today I'm sharing a couple of cards featuring the new release from Doodle Pantry (the new release is actually on December 1, but I have to post this a little early).

I make sets of cards as gifts for the holidays.  Here are two featuring Doodle Pantry's Critter Friends.

I obviously choose a simple layout, pick out a few images and these come together quite quick.  I (and hope the recipient does as well) think these are thoughtful and useful gifts.

Little Octopus with Doodle Pantry

Hello and Happy Wednesday.  Today I'm sharing a card featuring Doodle Pantry's Little Octopus (previously sold by CDS):

I tried to make a "water like" background using distress inks and water drops.  The seaweed and shell are from Cricut's Create a Critter.  Quick post today.  I wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving!

This meets the following challenges:

• Make it Monday - Anything Goes
• Paper Playtime - Anything Goes
• Challenges 4 Everybody - Anything Goes

OWH Fundraiser with Doodle Pantry

Hello all and Happy Monday.  This  is a reminder post that  Doodle Pantry has joined with Operation Write Home  for a Fundraiser  and has created two new digital stamp sets for this event!

Both sets are bundled together for ONLY $5.00 and OWH will get 70% of the profits from each sale during Nov 10 - 30. Using the cute little penguin, I made a little plush toy for Sprout.  He's approximately 10 inches high, hand sewn, felt.

On Dec. 1st , the sets will be separated and priced individually, and the fundraiser will end.  This is such a worthy cause and there is a real need for ' missing you '  type cards  for the troops  to send home to their loved ones. Of course the sets can be used for any occasion you see fit!

Fall Snail with Bugaboo Stamps

Hello and Happy Saturday!  This week at Catch the Bug, the challenge is:

I'm not overly fond of photo inspirations because I find them difficult, but I tried my best!

I'm featuring Hat Snail and my leaves are from Miss Kate (Cricut MTC).

Coffee Cup with Doodle Pantry

Hello and Happy Wednesday!  Today I'm sharing a card featuring Doodle Pantry's Coffee & Biscotti set:

Went with some bold colors, but hopefully you can still see the "steam."  I LOVE coffee, so this will join my few "just because" cards on hand.  By the way, I'm back to sending out cards on a weekly basis.  I so enjoy cardmaking and need to remember to share it with others!

This meets the following challenges:

• Make it Monday - Anything Goes
• Craft Room Challenge - Afternoon Tea
• Creative Craft Challenges - 1 image, 2 papers, 3 flowers
• Through the Craft Room Door - Anything Goes

Keep Swimming ATC

Hello and Happy Monday.  Today I'm sharing an ATC for this weeks Wicked Wednesday challenge: Anything Goes (as long as it's an ATC):

I'm featuring a freebie from The Alley Way Stamps.  This is one of my favorite quotes from Finding Nemo and is sort of my own personal motto.  Beanie went through a Nemo stage and now it's Sprout's turn.  And strangely enough, I laugh every single time we watch it....which is just about daily!!  Anyway, I used sequence for his bubbles, and that's about as fancy as my little ATC got :)
