I saw this cool flower idea somewhere, but I don't know where or who to give credit to.

I cut a one inch strip of yellow
cardstock, scored every 1/2", did an
accordion fold,
adhered the ends (to make a circle), and once the glue was dry I turned it to make a "flat" flower. I used glue to
adhere it to a chipboard circle base (to prevent it from turning and give it more stability). I used a Circle of Friendship stamp from
Stampin' Up, punched with 1" circle punch (backed with 1" chipboard circle) and used those nifty glue dots to place in the center of the flower. Clear as mud?

The layout is from
Splitcoaststampers card sketch SC220. When it was all said and done, I wasn't all that fond of this card. My DH just LOVED it. And he is not one to sugarcoat things.
