Boy Birthday Balloon Card

Hello and welcome March!  So not too long ago I took one of those DNA tests and discovered I am 8% Irish!  I already make an Irish themed meal each St. Patrick's Day since my kids are part Irish, but this year I will be celebrating as an Irish woman and not just a mom to part-Irish kids!

But enough of my DNA.  Today I'm here to share a card for the latest Papercraft Business Challenge: Boy/Male Birthday Card:

This actually fits into my own personal challenge: use up past card kits.  So the card base and little speech bubble are from a past Stampin' Up Paper Pumpkin kit.  I will be sharing the other cards I make from this kit hopefully soon.
The "YOU" is hand stitched and the image is Kidz Jack Birthday Balloons from Bugaboo Stamps.  The speech bubble and Jack are popped up, but this is a fairly CAS creation I think.

So that's it from me.  Join in the boy/male birthday challenge all month long for a chance to win a Magnolia stamp.

Thanks for stopping by!

This meets the following challenges:  2 Sisters on the Blog: Dots and/or StripesCrafts Galore Encore: Anything Goes, Do-Al Kreatives: Male Birthday, and A Gem of a Challenge: Anything Goes.

I'm going backwards in your post so I see you DID hand stitch the YOU. And, you have a bit of Irish....any temper in that 8%? I did a huge genealogy but found no Irish...just a lot of English and German/Austria. Maybe it's time to do the DNA.
