The layout is card sketch SC10 over at Splitcoaststampers. The kitty is cut at 3" which is actually quite small considering all the layers. I inked/shaded her and her clothes and used rhinestones on her bow.
After putting her all together, I didn't really want a sentiment on the front...and I think it works.
