Birthday Chicken Animal Kingdom

Hello and happy Tuesday.  So, this year, I have attempted to use my Cricut cartridges more.   So far I've used Nifty Fifties a couple times, and Tinkerbell.  That's not quite the self goal I was going for.  But I'm not giving up just yet!

So today I'm featuring a card using Animal Kingdom cricut cart.

My Aunt loves and raises chickens, so I thought it was appropriate for her birthday.  I cut out all the chicken parts in white and colored the blue and yellow parts with copics and added shading.  I do feel this is much cuter in real life and there is plenty of dimension with the different layers.

Anyway, just sharing that I am still attempting my Cricut cart personal goal!

Thanks for stopping by.

Good for you! There are so many great images on those cartridges, it's a shame to let them go to waste. Thanks for reminding me!!

Your card is just adorable. I love the google eyes on the chicken! Have a wonderful time strolling through your Cricut booklets!

Soooo cute.....I've been into chickens lately due to my love for Key West, Florida. I need to use these cartridge dies that I changed into svgs. I love your background. Wish I could think outside the box like that. Thanks for the inspiration.
